Who we are

What we store when you book

When you make an appointment online, we keep:

• your name, mobile number and e-mail address
• the treatment, the day and the time of your appointment
• your note on the appointment and the language in which you want to receive messages
• if you fill it in yourself: a note about allergies or sensitive skin. Only our staff see that note.
• whether you agree to messages about your appointment, and separately whether you want to receive tips and offers. The latter is always voluntary.

Why we do this

• to make, prepare and carry out your appointment
• to send you a confirmation and a reminder, and so you can cancel or move your appointment
• only with your consent: to send you tips and offers

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 24 months after your last visit. After that we make them anonymous, so they can no longer be traced to you. If you want us to delete your details sooner, we will do so on request.

Who we share your details with

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising by others. To send messages and to host this website we work with processors. A data processing agreement sets out how they protect your details.

Cookies and external media

This website uses no tracking, no analytics and no advertising cookies. The fonts and photos come from our own server.

We remember your cookie choice in one cookie of our own, ng_consent. It holds the version of the text, the date of your choice and whether you allow external media. The cookie stays for 12 months; after that we ask for your choice again. It is not used for anything else.

If you choose light or dark in the menu yourself, we remember that in a second cookie of our own, ng_theme, which holds only that choice. It also stays for 12 months and is not used for anything else. Without a choice the site follows the setting of your device.

The map under Visit comes from Google Maps. We only load it after you choose to, with Load map or with Allow all. Until then your browser asks Google for nothing. After that Google receives your IP address and the details your browser sends along, and Google can set cookies of its own. What Google does with that is described in Google's privacy policy (opens in a new window).

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you then choose Necessary only, the map goes away again and the rest of the site keeps working.

Your rights

You can always:

• see your details and ask for a copy
• have incorrect details corrected
• have your details deleted
• ask us to limit their use, or object to it
• take your details with you in a common file format
• withdraw your consent to tips and offers at any time

Send your request to +31 6 36 07 83 39. We reply within a month. Do not agree with how we handle your details? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
