What should I know before my first visit?
Choose your treatment and feel free to bring a photo of the look you want. Come with clean nails. Do you have an allergy or sensitive skin? Add it to your booking and we will take it into account. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten or move the treatment.
How can I cancel or move my appointment?
Cancelling or moving is free of charge until 24 hours before your appointment, through the link in your confirmation, WhatsApp or phone. If you cancel later or do not show up, we ask a deposit for your next appointment.
Can you remove nails done by another salon?
We can remove gel, BIAB or acrylic, also from another salon. Book it as a separate treatment or together with your new set.
